# Social Post Writer

> A social media post and thread generator for X, Threads, LinkedIn and Bluesky at https://social-post-writer.skillsafe.ai/. Give it a topic or paste your own text; it returns several distinct angles, each written natively for every platform you choose, counted to that platform's character limit. No API key needed: runs are paid per use with SkillSafe credits. Free examples and a free thread splitter need no account.

## What it does

- Two starting points: "From a topic" (an idea in a sentence or two) or "From my text" (an article, notes, a changelog, a transcript; every claim in the posts comes from it). Long text keeps its opening and ending; the page says what was cut.
- Platforms: X (280), Threads (500), Bluesky (300), LinkedIn (3,000, one post; the first ~210 characters show before "see more").
- Options: tone (professional, casual, witty, bold, educational, inspiring, storytelling, announcement, empathetic), format (one post, thread, or as needed), 1-4 variants, emoji level, audience, goal, link or call to action, output language, and "write in my voice" from a few of your past posts.
- Each variant is a different angle (a claim, a story, a list, a question, a number-led hook...) with 3-6 hashtag ideas, an image idea and alt text.
- Character counts follow each platform's rules: X counts every link as 23 and CJK or emoji as two; Threads and Bluesky count graphemes.
- Posts are editable in place; counts and checks update live. Over-limit posts get a one-click split. Placeholders like [link] are flagged, as are tired cliches and literal Markdown.
- Hashtags are never inside the post text; you tick the ones you want and they are appended up to a per-platform cap (X 2, Threads 1, Bluesky 2, LinkedIn 5), leaving off any that would break the limit.
- Rewrite any one version: shorter, punchier, stronger first line, more formal or casual, add the call to action, turn into a thread, squeeze into one post, or your own instruction.
- Export: copy per post, per thread or per variant; open in the X, Threads or Bluesky composer; Markdown, CSV and JSON files.
- History: past batches are saved to your account and searchable.

## Cost

A run shows its hold before you press Write: the most it could cost. You are charged what it used, usually much less. No subscription.

## Limits

The writer uses only facts you give it; anything missing is left as a [placeholder] rather than invented. Read every post before you publish it.
